About the Property

Located in the heart of Scullin, ACT, this newly developed Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) offers purpose-built homes designed for individuals with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. This thoughtfully designed development features six modern homes, each comprising three bedrooms and built to High Physical Support (HPS) standards, where every element has been carefully considered to support independence, safety, and dignity while ensuring residents feel at home rather than in a facility.

Each residence includes level entry access and wide doorways for easy mobility, accessible kitchens with adjustable benchtops, fully equipped bathrooms and laundries with grab rail provisions, ceiling hoist provisions in bedrooms, and backup power for essential supports for a minimum of two hours. The homes are designed to provide a safe, functional, and comfortable living environment that supports daily routines with ease.

The design supports flexible living arrangements with two SDA-funded bedrooms for eligible participants and one additional bedroom for support staff or a family member. Positioned within a quiet residential neighbourhood, the property offers a perfect balance of peaceful living and easy access to community amenities, promoting inclusion, stability, and everyday independence.
